PLC及變頻調速技術在箱式泵站恒壓供水中的應用

0 引言

    供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統是(shi)國民生產(chan)生活中不可缺少(shao)的重要(yao)一(yi)環。傳統供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi)占(zhan)地面積大,水(shui)(shui)(shui)質易污染,基建投資多,而最主要(yao)的缺點是(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)不能(neng)保(bao)持(chi)恒定,導致部分設備不能(neng)正常工作(zuo)。變(bian)頻(pin)調(diao)(diao)速技術是(shi)一(yi)種新型成熟的交(jiao)流電(dian)機無(wu)極調(diao)(diao)速技術,它以其(qi)獨特(te)優良的控(kong)制性能(neng)被廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)速度控(kong)制領(ling)域,特(te)別是(shi)箱式(shi)泵(beng)站(zhan)恒壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)行(xing)業中。由于(yu)安全(quan)生產(chan)和(he)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質量的特(te)殊需要(yao),對恒壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)有著嚴格的要(yao)求,因而變(bian)頻(pin)調(diao)(diao)速技術得到了更加(jia)深入(ru)的應(ying)用。箱式(shi)泵(beng)站(zhan)恒壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi)技術先進(jin)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)恒定、操(cao)作(zuo)方便、運行(xing)可靠、節(jie)約電(dian)能(neng)、自動化程度高,在箱式(shi)泵(beng)站(zhan)恒壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中可完成以下功能(neng):

(1)維持水壓恒定;

(2)控制系統可手動/自動運行;

(3)多臺泵自動切換運行;

(4)系(xi)統睡眠與喚(huan)(huan)醒。當外界停(ting)止用(yong)水時,系(xi)統處于(yu)睡眠狀(zhuang)態,直(zhi)至有用(yong)水需求時自動喚(huan)(huan)醒;

(5)在線調(diao)整PID參數;

(6)泵組及線路保護檢測報警,信號顯示等(deng)。

1 箱式泵站恒壓供水系統(tong)硬件構成

    箱式泵(beng)站恒壓供水系統采用壓力傳感器、PLC和(he)變(bian)頻器作(zuo)為中心(xin)控制(zhi)裝置,實現所需功能。

    安裝(zhuang)在管(guan)(guan)網(wang)干線(xian)上的壓力傳感器,用于檢測管(guan)(guan)網(wang)的水壓,將壓力轉化為4~20mA的電流信號,提供給PLC與變頻器。

    變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)水泵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設備(bei),能(neng)按照水壓(ya)(ya)恒(heng)定需(xu)要(yao)將0~50Hz的(de)頻(pin)率(lv)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)供(gong)給(gei)(gei)水泵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji),調(diao)整其(qi)轉速(su)。ACS變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)功(gong)能(neng)強大(da),預(yu)置了多種應(ying)用(yong)(yong)宏(hong),即預(yu)先編(bian)置好的(de)參(can)數(shu)集,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)宏(hong)將使用(yong)(yong)過程中所需(xu)設定的(de)參(can)數(shu)數(shu)量減小到最小,參(can)數(shu)的(de)缺省值(zhi)(zhi)依(yi)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)宏(hong)的(de)選擇(ze)而不同。系統采(cai)用(yong)(yong)PID控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)宏(hong),進行閉環控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。該(gai)宏(hong)提供(gong)了6個輸(shu)入信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao):啟動/停止(DI1、DI5)、模(mo)擬量給(gei)(gei)定(AI1)、實際值(zhi)(zhi)(AI2)、控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)方(fang)式選擇(ze)(DI2)、恒(heng)速(su)(DI3)、允許(xu)運(yun)行(DI4);3個輸(shu)出信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao):模(mo)擬輸(shu)出(頻(pin)率(lv))、繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出1(故障)、繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出2(運(yun)行);DIP開(kai)關選擇(ze)輸(shu)入0~10V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)值(zhi)(zhi)或0~20mA電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)(zhi)(系統采(cai)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)(zhi))。變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)根據給(gei)(gei)定值(zhi)(zhi)AI1和實際值(zhi)(zhi)AI2,即根據恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)對應(ying)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)設定值(zhi)(zhi)與從壓(ya)(ya)力(li)傳感器(qi)(qi)獲得(de)的(de)反饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),利(li)用(yong)(yong)PID控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)宏(hong)自動調(diao)節,改變頻(pin)率(lv)輸(shu)出值(zhi)(zhi)來調(diao)節所控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)水泵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉速(su),以保(bao)證管網壓(ya)(ya)力(li)恒(heng)定要(yao)求(qiu)。

    根據箱式泵站恒壓(ya)供水(shui)(shui)實際情況與(yu)需求,利用一(yi)(yi)臺變頻(pin)器(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)3臺水(shui)(shui)泵,因(yin)(yin)此(ci)除改變水(shui)(shui)泵電(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)外(wai),還要通(tong)(tong)過增減運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)泵的臺數(shu)(shu)(shu)來維持水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)恒定,當(dang)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)泵滿工頻(pin)抽水(shui)(shui)仍達不到恒壓(ya)要求時(shi),要投入下(xia)(xia)一(yi)(yi)臺泵運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)。反之,當(dang)變頻(pin)器(qi)輸(shu)出頻(pin)率降至(zhi)最小,壓(ya)力(li)仍過高時(shi),要切除一(yi)(yi)臺運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)泵。所以不僅(jin)需要開(kai)關量控(kong)制(zhi),還需數(shu)(shu)(shu)據處理(li)能力(li),采用FX-4AD(4模(mo)擬(ni)量入)獲得模(mo)擬(ni)量信號。它在(zai)應用上(shang)的一(yi)(yi)個重要特征就是(shi)由PLC自動(dong)采樣,隨時(shi)將(jiang)模(mo)擬(ni)量轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字量,放在(zai)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據寄存器(qi)中,由數(shu)(shu)(shu)據處理(li)指令調用,并將(jiang)計算結果隨時(shi)放在(zai)指定的數(shu)(shu)(shu)據接(jie)觸器(qi)中。通(tong)(tong)過其(qi)可將(jiang)壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)感器(qi)電(dian)流信號和變頻(pin)器(qi)輸(shu)出頻(pin)率信號轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字量,提供給PLC[1>,與(yu)恒壓(ya)對應電(dian)流值、頻(pin)率上(shang)限、頻(pin)率下(xia)(xia)限(考慮到水(shui)(shui)泵電(dian)機(ji)在(zai)低(di)(di)速(su)(su)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)時(shi)危險,必須保證其(qi)頻(pin)率不低(di)(di)于20Hz,因(yin)(yin)此(ci)頻(pin)率上(shang)限設為(wei)工頻(pin)50Hz,下(xia)(xia)限設為(wei)20Hz)進行(xing)比較,實現(xian)泵的切換(huan)與(yu)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)的變化。

    箱(xiang)式(shi)泵(beng)站恒壓(ya)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)系統在(zai)設(she)計(ji)時應(ying)使水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)在(zai)變頻器(qi)和(he)工(gong)頻電網之間的切換(huan)過(guo)程盡可能快(kuai),以保證供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)的連續性(xing),水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)波動盡可能小(xiao),從而提高(gao)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)量。但元(yuan)件動作過(guo)程太(tai)快(kuai),會有回流損壞變頻器(qi)。為了防止故障(zhang)的發生,硬件上(shang)必須設(she)置閉鎖保護,即1Q與(yu)4Q,2Q與(yu)5Q,3Q與(yu)6Q不能同時閉合。


2 箱式泵站恒壓供水系(xi)統軟件設計

    箱式泵(beng)站(zhan)恒壓供水控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)軟件是指(zhi)用梯形圖語言編制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)對3臺(tai)(tai)泵(beng)進(jin)行控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)程(cheng)(cheng)序。它對3臺(tai)(tai)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi),主要解決系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)手動及(ji)自動切換、各元件和參(can)數的(de)(de)(de)初始化、信(xin)號(hao)及(ji)通訊數據的(de)(de)(de)預處(chu)理、3臺(tai)(tai)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)啟動、切換及(ji)停止的(de)(de)(de)條件、順序、過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)等(deng)問(wen)題。

    當變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)輸出(chu)(chu)頻(pin)率達到頻(pin)率上限(xian),供(gong)水(shui)壓力未達到預(yu)(yu)(yu)設值時,發(fa)出(chu)(chu)加(jia)泵(beng)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao),投入(ru)下1臺泵(beng)供(gong)水(shui)。當供(gong)水(shui)壓力達到預(yu)(yu)(yu)設值,變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)輸出(chu)(chu)頻(pin)率降到頻(pin)率下限(xian)時,發(fa)出(chu)(chu)減泵(beng)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao),切除(chu)在工頻(pin)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)方式(shi)中的1臺泵(beng)。系統(tong)剛啟動時,情(qing)況簡單,首(shou)先(xian)(xian)啟動一號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)泵(beng)即可。但考慮(lv)3臺泵(beng)聯合運(yun)行(xing)(xing)時情(qing)況復雜,任1臺或2臺泵(beng)可能正(zheng)在工頻(pin)自(zi)動方式(shi)下運(yun)行(xing)(xing),而其他泵(beng)則可能在變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)控制下運(yun)行(xing)(xing),因此必(bi)須預(yu)(yu)(yu)先(xian)(xian)設定(ding)增減水(shui)泵(beng)的順序(xu)(xu)。即獲得加(jia)泵(beng)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)后(hou),按(an)(an)照1號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)泵(beng)、2號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)泵(beng)、3號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)泵(beng)的順序(xu)(xu)優(you)先(xian)(xian)考慮(lv)。獲得減泵(beng)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)后(hou),按(an)(an)照3號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)泵(beng)、2號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)泵(beng)、1號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)泵(beng)的順序(xu)(xu)優(you)先(xian)(xian)考慮(lv)。

    為了防(fang)止(zhi)故障(zhang)的發生,軟件(jian)上也必須(xu)設置(zhi)保護程序(xu),保證1Q與(yu)4Q、2Q與(yu)5Q、3Q與(yu)6Q不能同(tong)時閉合。在加(jia)減泵時必須(xu)設置(zhi)元(yuan)件(jian)動(dong)作(zuo)順(shun)序(xu)及延時,防(fang)止(zhi)誤動(dong)作(zuo)發生。

    考慮(lv)到系(xi)統工作環境對運行狀態的(de)影響,在(zai)設計(ji)中采(cai)(cai)用硬件(jian)、軟件(jian)上(shang)的(de)雙(shuang)重濾波(bo)來消除干(gan)擾的(de)影響。硬件(jian)上(shang)變頻器提供了濾波(bo)時間常數,當(dang)模擬(ni)輸入信號變化時,63%的(de)變化發生在(zai)所定義(yi)的(de)時間常數中;軟件(jian)上(shang)采(cai)(cai)用數字濾波(bo)的(de)方式,系(xi)統采(cai)(cai)用平均值的(de)方法。
